    Great place and lovely facilities but I wouldn't book last minute otherwise you may be greeted with an extremely rude Staff member on reception! For that reason I won't be staying here again. Probably one of the worst customer service experiences I have had in a long time.

    Although quite pricey I do enjoy the location as I can walk to the hot springs (which are just beautiful and rarely crowded) and the River link walk is great for biking and walking. All can be accessed from the Nature reserve across the road. The park itself it full of trees, has a good restaurant and a refreshing pool.

    The best park around, spotless facilities very friendly staff, have been coming 10 years and wouldn't stay elsewhere.

    Grounds are beautiful and so well kept.

    Great very clean and lots of shade. Very large swimming pool and cafe with great food. Just out of town.
